JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage team of software developers ad foster personal/professional growth
Develop and maintain skill profile of the team to ensure they capability to execute and deliver
Support recruitment and selection of the new team members
Assist Product Owner and Development Office in delivering solutions with high quality standards
Promote use of agile methodologies and tools
Lead sprint planning and monitor development and delivery of the scrum team
Collaborate with other Team Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure timely release of deliverable
Implement innovation, improvements and change initiatives to improve process and practices
Fulfil key responsibilities within agreed timelines, budgets and delegated authority.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or Engineering related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of cumulative experience in technical lead role, software development and project management.
Proficient with JAVA programming language
Expertise in handling complex tasks, execute in fast paced and demanding environment
Effective Communication, good interpersonal and coordination skills at all levels globally
Result driven and delivers through people.
Exposure to Agile methodology & Scrum Framework, must be a Certified Scrum Master
Highly experienced in project management, certification in PM is an advantage
Demonstrates good experience in people management and development
Knowledge and experience on the following technical fields;
–OOP and multhreadingconcepts
–JAVA, framework such as Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Web Services, Swing
–HTML5, Angular JS, CSS
–Database knowledge; SQL/PLSQL preferably on Oracle and MYSQL
–Application server knowledge; JBoss Wildfly/Tomcat
–Knowledge of Eclipse, Docker, Maven, Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, Artifactory, JIRA, Bash
–Understanding UML diagrams
