COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client, a leading specialist in in‑mould decoration (IMD) and advanced plastic injection moulding technologies, is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering team members, driving performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead engineering projects and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Plan and design factory layouts, processes, and production setups.
Manage production activities (manpower, capacity, quality, cost).
Monitor performance (KPIs, reports) and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure quality standards and compliance (e.g. ISO, procedures).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Engineering degree with 10–15 years experience.
Strong communication skills.
Experience managing engineering projects and stakeholders.
Ability to read drawings and design processes/layouts (2D/3D).
Skilled in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and supplier coordination.
