JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the design & concept of Interior Design drawings.
Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded. -
Prepare drawings for tender submission according to submission requirement.

To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline.

Conduct site measurements.

Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation.

To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, and able to sell drawing concepts to clients.

To support & attend site meeting / inspection during project period.

Work out technical & construction details including loose furniture & fixed furniture items for factory production.

Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, etc.

Propose new design concepts & present the concept & idea to client.

Client liaison & communication, and brainstorming with client as well.

To lead/supervise a team of project designers and prepare the scope of work and set timeline for the team (senior).
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.

Candidate must possess at least 3 year(s) of working experience as Interior Designer
-
Knowledge of REVIT, BIM, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max & Photoshop skill.

Experience in high rise project is a must.

Willing to work in site office at KL
