A leading FMCG company is looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to manage key accounts under the Modern Trade channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Modern Trade channel.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key account buyers and partners.
Act as the primary liaison between key account buyers and internal teams to ensure alignment on sales activities.
Collaborate with internal and external finance, sales, logistics, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless account operations.
Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense targets within budget.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for management and key customers.
Plan and execute planogram to strengthen brand visibility and products awareness
Provide direction to salespeople, ensure each salespeople execute according to the plan.
Provide market insights and understand competitor’s activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work well among internal departments (finance, sales team, operations, marketing, and team members) to ensure operations work smoothly.
Plan local and outstation market visits to monitor execution by salespeople and gather market feedback.
Requirements:
2 -3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
Familiar with listing procedures, trading terms, and trade promo requirements.
Experienced dealing directly with retail buyers.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
