A leading IT system development and technology consulting services is seeking a Senior Project Engineer. Responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure and system integration (SI) projects across multiple client environments.
Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end IT infrastructure and system integration projects and hands-on technical lead across multiple client environments
Lead solution design and pre-sales engagements, translating business requirements into practical, scalable infrastructure and SI solutions
Design and implement network and system architecture, covering servers, networks, virtualization, Microsoft 365, cloud, and security
Drive full project execution, managing planning, deployment, migration (e.g. websites, applications, email/M365), vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
Provide advanced operations and support, serving as Level 2/3 escalation, troubleshooting complex incidents, and maintaining internal IT systems
Contribute to R&D and team leadership, mentoring junior engineers, improving standards and best practices, and evaluating new technologies with growth toward managerial or specialist tracks
Job Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in system integration, infrastructure, or managed services, with proven exposure to multiple client environments and vendor coordinationStrong project management capability, covering planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of multi-vendor SI and migration projects
Solid network and security fundamentals, including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, firewalls, NAT, LAN/WAN architecture, and network troubleshooting
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, including deployment, migration, administration, and support of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Broad infrastructure knowledge, covering Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/KVM), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and backup & disaster recovery solutions
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in system, data, website, and email migration across complex environments
