JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and optimize molding processes to ensure machine efficiency, reduce downtime as well as defect rates.
Provide technical support across production, engineering, and quality teams, including troubleshooting automation and control systems.
Evaluate and implement process changes while maintaining validated process standards.
Investigate equipment- or process-related failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Lead process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Develop and execute engineering studies, including data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
Prepare technical documentation such as specifications and validation-related documents while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Molding, Tools & Die or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding, machine troubleshooting and process engineering.
Exposure to medical devices manufacturing and compliance standards (i.e. OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP) would be added advantage.
