JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the overall Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time, reporting and recommending to management of continual improvement of such programs
To monitor quality and safety standards from raw materials up to finished products.
To support and consult other departments in problem analysis and corrective action.
To coordinate for customer complaint investigation and handle food regulatory matters for local and overseas product coverage.
Responsible for documentation, implementation and internal audit of Food Safety System (ie. HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
To liaise with external certification div, auditor on all quality/manufacturing audits and reports summary findings
To ensure all open issue such as hazard, policies, objectives targets, audit results, feedback/complaints resolved within the time frame given
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Food Technology / Chemistry or its equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food industry, oleochemical or pharmaceutical industry.
Possesses knowledge in food quality system and food safety standards (ie. HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, RSPO, BRC, IFS, HALAL) as well as Food Regulations for Asia countries.
Experienced with internal auditing.
Have strong communication and analytical skills.
