Job Responsibilities
Job Description:
- To prepare the forecasting & budget.
- To maintain and enhance the relationship in between customers & suppliers.
- To keep actively in the market for the feedback on the latest market movement by visiting the customers regularly.
- To understand the customers practice (products, application, ordering trend & standard procedures)
- To prepare the quotation, sample, handle the communication of quality issue.
- To follow up the overdue payments, inventories level, ordering status.
- To seek for the new sales expansion & new customers.
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder.
- Working experience in manufacturing or trading company.
- Able to communicate well in English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Preferably below 35 years old.
- Knowledge in Office application (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouse team, forwarding team and inter department team effectively.
- Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work independently and handle multitasking.
