A rapidly growing automation company is seeking an innovative Scientist to drive advanced research in semiconductor manufacturing and Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about applying fundamental scientific principles to solve real-world engineering challenges. You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to transform scientific insights into practical, high‑impact solutions that shape the future of semiconductor automation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research in materials science, physics, or chemistry focused on semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Analyze and optimize semiconductor workflows and AMHS performance.
Develop scientific models and theories to enhance AMHS efficiency and manufacturing throughput.
Identify yield-impacting factors and integrate findings to improve production and AMHS operations.
Support AMHS design, validation, and troubleshooting through hypothesis-driven experimentation.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to implement research outcomes and drive innovation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving abilities.
Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is highly advantageous.
