The Site General Manager is responsible for the overall factory operation including production, production control, Quality, Engineering, warehouse/logistics, supply chain, Finance, HR, expansion / improvement projects.
To be responsible of profit and loss.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or its equivalent.
7-10 years experience in food and beverage industry.
Experience in production techniques (LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen), plant management, logistics, supply chain, warehousing.Familiar with production and machineries, hands on in production line.
Experience in food safety and regulation.
