Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers.
Plan, organize, and monitor site operations to ensure project milestone and deadlines are met.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Coordinate with project managers, Contract Dept, consultants, and clients to resolve issues and provide progress updates.
Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available and utilized efficiently.
Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and report financial performance.
Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
Address and resolve any on-site problems or delays promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
