JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead strategic initiatives to diversify the organization’s profit portfolio by enhancing business and product offerings and defining long‑term product strategies.
Developed and presented strategic business proposals to senior management
Coordinate and manage the new product process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for new and existing products.
Develop and maintain frameworks for new business offerings, create product roadmaps, and support the establishment of ESG‑related structures.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across business divisions, product units, and control/support departments to drive a customer‑centric, insight‑driven product strategy.
Foster strong engagement with internal stakeholders across the broader group to strengthen business performance and enhance market presence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Degree in any related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in developing, project management or implementing service or products to grow the business, involved in the business coordination and planning in the Bank
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience with BNM’s climate risk management and investment impact assessment framework
