Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company, looking for experience candidates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting potential analyses, evaluating suppliers from a quality perspective.
Conducting system audits of suppliers (evaluation of the implemented quality management systems – e.g. ISO 9001, VDA6.4)
Approval of suppliers on the basis of system audits, potential analyses and supplier visits.
Carrying out product audits (technical evaluation of the product) at supplier site
Definition of quality targets for suppliers.
Technical evaluation of feedback from supplier complaints (verification of root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions).
Conducting supplier development activities in coordination with the purchasing strategy (improvement of supplier base).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in the field of mechanical/ electrical/ manufacturing or industrial engineering.
Education in welding processes and/or certified welder (IWE – welding engineer, IWS – welding expert) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. problem solving, SPC, risk management, machine and process capabilities, measuring capability)
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, VDA6.4)
Certified 2nd party auditor (can be acquired at a later date, according to to DIN EN ISO 19011).
