JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Our client is a Singapore based company providing executive conferences worldwide for various industries.They are seeking for telesales & Business Development talents to join their globally growing company.
- Position : Telesales (Work in Singapore)
- Promote educational conference / training programs across various industries in major cities, such as Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong Auckland, Wellington, London & Singapore through telemarketing.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales target and daily sales KPI (E.g. Talktime & no.of calls)
- Achieve and exceed sales target though following up diligentsly to close sales opportunity with customers over the phone.
- Work closely with Sales Manager, Conference Manager & Marketing team to provide constructive feedback from customers to improve conference contents to increase sales and to fuel company's growth.
- Continuously maintain professionalism and integrety in all customer interactions and offer the best customer experience & personalization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business / Finance & Banking or its equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working expereince (In banking /
- Sales would be added advantage)
- Good command of language : English & Mandarin (Due to nature of job scope)
- Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore
- Open to outstation candidates.
