  • Responsible for checking of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Revocation and Memorandum of Transfer for necessary execution and stamping
  • Liaison with solicitors for preparation and prompt follow up of Sale and Purchase Agreement for signing and stamping.
  • Liaise with agent for tracking and monitoring the sales and loan status accordingly. Getting new customers list and allocate our panel lawyers for SPA preparation.
  • Answering/make phone call to purchaser – attend enquiry, purchaser to solve problem and etc.
  • Liaise with Ministry of Housing
  • Formulation and implementation of effective activities that to expedites completion of loan documentation with all parties to ensure fast disbursement of loan.
  • Data entry-key-in booking, signing date, stamping date, miscellaneous into PSAM/IFCA
  • To prepare form – credit note, discount, refund of deposit, booking cancellation, termination and forfeiture, debit note and etc.
  • To prepare sales status report (Credit Control Report)
    To prepare and submit report to NAPIC (Jabatan Penilaian Harta) and LHDN.
  • Assist the immediate superior to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies towards achieving sales target.
  • Handle pre-launch activities i.e. preparation of advertising material, sale kit and etc.
  • To plan, develop and implement the sale promotion strategies to achieve sales target
  • To prepare advertising material and promotion activities  with the propose budget expenses.
  • To coordinate and work closely with advertising agencies ie  for artwork design (advertising material) and etc.
  • Responsible to prepare sale projection, cash flow  projection and expenses budget and etc.
  • Responsible to prepare pricing for new launching.
  • General Administration work for Marketing Department
  • Any other task which shall be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.


  • To survey on the most recent project availability on the market. 
  • To keep update on the general market and property trends.
  • Site-Visit for potential land.
  • To conduct land survey for potential land – research/identify surrounding development and prepare a report.
  • To liaise with local authority.
  • Any other task which shall be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.


  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in property development industry
  • Knowledge of market trend and branding
  • Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must be willing to travel when job required
