1.To educate related staff any report to relevant superior on quality matter, environment and safety requirement.
2.To plan, manage and improve product quality and yield.
3.To design,monitor control and improve efective reporting,feedback and documentation system.
4.To managem and organize manpower and system requirement to meet company quality standard.
5.To plan and improve workflow and work process condition so as not to generate defects.
6.To plan, manage and do effective analysis on product and quality problem.
7.To lead and make sure all QMS requirements are satisfied.
8.To maintain and improve safety, security and working environment.
9.Direct, control and motivate subordinate in all aspectes of their work to achieve effective performance.
10.To contribute to continous improvement of production, safety, quality,cost productivity and work environment.
Job Requirements:
1.Good knowledge of Manufacturing Management, product knowledge and QA/QC process and verification.
2.Know how to improve operation/job steps.
3.Able to introduce cost down activities.
4.Able to lead and motivate for optimum result.
5.Able to achieve short team and long term goals.
6.Albe to make judgement regards to quality problem.
7.Able to understand and execute countermeasure on complaint.
8.Able to liase with external as Company representative regards to quality related communication.
