JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of lease documentation,ordering of equipment for lease schedules, communication directly and close follow up with the vendors and customer to guide the leases in process to a close.
  • Enter and maintain leased assets and details into respective system and adhere to the standard operation procedures and compliance with the policies and the procedures of the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout the lease process.
  • Provide assistance to coordinate between office departments and facilitate workflow and business processes and the documentation of the workflow.
  • Assist the funding manager in the preparation of funding and documentation as well as the maintainance of the funding facilities.
  • Provide general assistance on system matters or data entry as requested and any other ad hoc matters.

  • Good communication skill in English is critical.
