  • To meet monthly individual sales target and group target
  • Increase revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers in the appointed industry
  • Responsible and accountable for identifying, qualifying, and closing accounts requiring the relevant barcode  products and services provided by the company
  • Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Foster long-term business relationships and, where appropriate and approved, collaborative projects with key individuals or groups within these key accounts
  • To maintain existing customer well, while exploring new accounts
  • To learn new skill and knowledge to keep ourselves competitive
  • To promote more DCS Labeling
  • To make sure the process or flow is in line with corporate policy in order to be more effective
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant barcode products, techniques and applications


  • A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business
  • Minimum 3 years experience selling in IT markets 
  • Degree or Diploma level in IT / Engineering related discipline
  • Ability to embrace change and continuously improving processes
  • Ability to be multi tasked and be well organized
  • Ability to prioritize work
    Computer literacy
  • Excellent language skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of the existing industry account would be advantageous
