- To process and coordinate daily sales order, documentation and invoice.
- Liaison with shipping line & forwarding agent for quotation and shipping matter.
- Deal with suppliers for new order and shipment arrangement with forwarders.
- Provide sales administrative support to the sales team within the Sales Office.
- To handle customers enquiry pertaining to product, pricing, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Prepare Monthly Stock Report for internal, customer and suppliers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or SPM.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Possess high level of administration ability and good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
