Our client is a worldwide established MNC in electronics and semiconductors business. This is a new set up project in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
To be responsible for the general affairs and admin function within the facilities in JB.
To monitor cleaning job schedule, OT, training and supervision.
To monitor canteen/cafe supplier, on site control and service quality.
To monitor 6S of the workplace.
To in charge of employee recreation activities such as birthday voucher/gift arrangement.
To oversee the license registration with local authorities such as town council.
To monitor the facilities maintenance of the office, premises outlook.
To monitor the hostel management (outsource) and facilities maintenance.
To oversee the wastage management fees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in administration, business studies or its equivalent
3-5 years of experience. able to lead a team.
Preferably with experience in newly set up factories.
Familiar with local authorities standard and regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to read and write Chinese as to communicate with counterparts.
