A global distinguished engineering service provider is seeking a After Sales & Service Engineer to join the team. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services post-sales. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to address issues, optimize product performance, and uphold service standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional after‑sales technical support and troubleshooting to customers
Perform on‑site service support, maintenance, and product testing
Work closely with regional teams, factories, and principals to ensure smooth operations
Support the sales team with pre‑sales technical queries and application advice
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support business improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in any field.
Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Sensitivity to dealers' and customers' expectations, with a good business sense and understanding of business processes.
Able to work independently and handle pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Possess own transportation and be willing to travel frequently nationwide or overseas for sales-related purposes if necessary.
