JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking care of daily deliveries.
- Issue PO to suppliers.
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Assist to attend customers if any complain/issue arises and follow up with sales team.
- Co-work with Sales and Marketing Department.
- Capable to maintain cleanliness of office and check stationery supplies from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Independent and problem solving skills.
- Well verse in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point.
