JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Assist Manager in executing daily customer service functions per company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure CS team addresses customer inquiries proactively and promptly 
  • Identify and resolve escalated customer issues that affect customer shipment 
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure customer inquiries are being resolved proactively and promptly
  • Provide back - up assistance to the CS team
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement change to consistently strive for greater effectiveness and efficiency
  • Handle high volumes of escalation issues and should work well under pressure
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 4-6 years applicable experience in Customer Service Management in the Semiconductor Industry or similar Manufacturing industry
  • Strong customer-facing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP system is desired not required
  • Must possess strong organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up through completion of multiple concurrent tasks. Ability to monitor and review a high volume of daily emails
  • Demonstrate commitment to one's work and invest one's best efforts to accomplish organizational goals.
