JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Media Relations

  • To build and maintain strong relationship with local media and digital media and seek new PR opportunities to ensure constant mention of brand in the media
  • To propose and lead all media events including press conferences, media briefing and media engagement activities
  • To review and provide correct communication materials to media


2. Internal Organisation Event

  • To propose and plan for internal organization events to ensure that events and programs align/integrate with corporate and segment goals. This may include: the strategic plan for event, communication plan for segment and executives, budget creation and approval, content facilitation, logistical planning — 3rd party vendor management
  • To plan and promote organization tier-up activities


3. Crisis Management

  • To lead PR Plan of a possible crisis situation
  • To lead communication materials (e.g. official statement in a possible crisis)


4. Sponsorship / Corporate Partnership

  • To evaluate and propose corporate partnership / sponsorship request to ensure satisfying return of investment
  • To lead discussion with relevant departments to ensure smooth operation of corporate partnership / sponsorship


5. CSR

  • To lead corporate social responsibility campagins to build positive corporate image of Coway
  • To lead discussion with government bodies / non-profit organization on CSR collaboration
  • To review progress and feedback to team on the on-going CSR campaigns to ensure objective meet


6. CRM

  • To lead and communicate with internal departments on customer relations management project to achieve customer retention purpose
  • To review customer data cleaning to optimize the communication experience
  • To lead discussion inter-departments to plan and prepare relevant content for existing customers
  • Constantly update and lead digital technology and creativity to push the boudaries of the CRM experience


7. Copywriting & Content Creation

  • To oversee and ensure inter-departmental proofreading is up to standard
  • To give directions on external and internal communication materials using appropriate language, strategies and tactics in keeping consistent brand voice
  • Brief team on social media, website or other digital content to ensure appropriate language and tactic to keep a clear and consistent brand voice


8. Social Media Management

  • To lead the team in liaising with PR / digital agencies to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • To oversee daily operation of all social media enquiries efficiently to ensure customer receive response in timely manner
  • To oversee team liaison with all relevant departments to ensure customer enquiries are well-attended
  • To initiate conversation inter-department on improving current consumer issues
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • To review KOL selection and content creation in delivering campaign objective and company direction


9. Competitors Analysis

  • To work closely with PR agency on media monitoring — including newspaper, magazine, journals, broadcast newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunity to enhance Coway earned media and digital PR value
  • To analyse and propose implications based on competitors report


10. Talent Management

  • Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the organization's performance management process
  • Develop talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals


11. Budget Management

  • Planning, monitoring and managing creative and media budget from time to time, to prevent budgets from being inadvertently exceeded for projects


JOB REQUIREMENTS          

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Public Relations & Social Media Management
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in public relations and/or customer service industry is required for this position
