- Lead the entire marketing strategies (digital marketing, social media, KOLs, CRM Programme, E-commerce, communications, bespoke events and engagements, market research, etc).
- Devise marketing ideas and strategies based on data analysis.
- Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
- To deliver immersive customer experience across various engagements, platforms and channels.
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in developing online/offline marketing strategies, preferably from Cosmetic/Personal Care/Retail industry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently.
