A MNC in the Healthcare Industry is currently looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Executive to join their team.

 

Job Description

  • Take ownership of selected product brands and oversee end‑to‑end marketing initiatives to support sustainable brand growth.

  • Translate brand positioning and objectives into structured yearly and quarterly marketing roadmaps.

  • Shape campaign messaging and execution plans that align with target consumer profiles.

  • Drive the rollout of above‑the‑line, digital, and influencer‑led marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.

  • Lead influencer and KOL collaborations, including campaign planning, content alignment, agency coordination, and performance monitoring.

  • Review campaign metrics and derive insights to improve future marketing effectiveness.

  • Ensure brand representation across online commerce platforms is consistent, relevant, and performance‑oriented.

  • Assess online channel performance and identify opportunities to enhance visibility and conversion outcomes.

  • Gather and evaluate market, competitor, and consumer insights to inform decision‑making.

  • Convert research findings and feedback into practical recommendations for brand and campaign improvement.

  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activities efficiently and in line with guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency and compliance across all brand communications and touchpoints.

  • Monitor marketing spend and prepare regular internal updates on campaign outcomes.

  • Contribute to broader portfolio initiatives and high‑impact projects when required.

 

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles in FMCG or healthcare industries.

  • Degree qualification in Marketing or a relevant discipline.

  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing and KOL marketing campaigns.

  • Sound knowledge of brand strategy development and campaign execution.

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret performance data and market insights.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
