Job Responsibilities:
  • Constantly develop marketing strategies and programs to increase market share and broaden customer base.
  • Work with corporate marketing to establish directions and plans for continuous growth of the business in line with group directions and goals.
  • Alert and abreast of the new market, products activities & technology related to the business environment.
  • Responsible for company’s growth plan such as new business opportunities, create sales strategies, maintaining and enhancing working relationships with customers, etc.
  • Continuous effort to increase Customer Satisfaction through customer management initiatives and conduct customer survey and feedback, corrective action and overall service improvement programs.
  • Monitors and stays abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the business; makes recommendations, develops and carries out improvements to meet changing mission, parameters and requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees for product realization during engagement phase prior to mass production release, if required.
  • Identify and develop new business account, expand business base locally and overseas.
  • To continue market and sell company services to improve sales revenue and profits margin to meet company expectation through market penetration.
Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary education preferable in technical disciplines with at least 8 years of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an extravert in nature with the liking of meeting people.
  • Mature, responsible and is committed to service excellence
  • Adaptable and flexible in embracing changes in line with Organizational Objectives, Growth and Profitability.
  • Strong Organizing, Planning, Priority Setting and Analytical in problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications and presents clear and concise information to internal team members and customers.
  • Capacity to Multi task in dynamic environment and meticulous with an excellent eye for details.
  • Ability to cultivate and motivate team towards a strong and cohesive team.
  • Excellent Presentation skills and good computer literacy
