Role
You will be responsible for selling our SaaS product, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase audience size and clients. This is a rapidly emerging technology in the retail space and the opportunities to leverage AI’s capabilities are endless. You might be responsible for managing clients and resellers at a local, regional or national level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Identify and analyze customer’s Systems requirements, site survey, info gathering, planning and design.
- Responds to RFQ/RFPs, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Preparation of Scope of Work (SoW) for technical proposal which includes proposed solution, sizing and costings.
- Provide technical sales advice/support for our solution including sizing, licensing, technical advice, troubleshooting, proof of concepts, etc.
- Get involved with system implementation/deployment throughout the project lifecycle, including customer training and system commissioning.
- Provide training, consulting services and technical advice to the sales team.
- Communicate frequently with project manager and software engineers for features upgrades or enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT Industry, system Integrated company in pre-sales and post-sales roles or product strategy.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with solid technical troubleshooting skills.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable recommendations.
