A global electronics manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider is looking for an experience C&B and Total Rewards Manager to be part of their expanding team in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for HR Managers and Service Center on compensation issues.
Clarify policies, provide training, and resolve escalated matters.
Support job evaluations and guide new sites in aligning roles with Celestica’s structures.
Partner with vendors to prepare market pricing reports and conduct salary analyses.
Assist in developing salary structures, merit increase plans, and compensation guidelines.
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market trends and economic indicators.
Oversee benefits and pension programs; lead employee presentations and transition activities.
Advise HR teams and technical staff on employee and management requests related to benefits.
Job Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in compensations and benefits or total rewards
Minimum Bachelor Degree
In depth knowledge in government regulations and labour law
Strong Project Management skills
Experience in global and regional level in large enterprise
