JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the general operations of the assigned laboratory testing and analysis in relation to chemical process & etc
- Performs rapid and accurate analyses of samples submitted from each critical stage of the production process
- Insures metal analyses meet specification limits and provides quick sample turnaround time
- Maintaining specialized instrument products and lab equipment such as XRF, AA, X-MET8000 & etc
- Perform chemical and metallurgical reporting and analysis
- Assist to establish laboratory SOP, safety requirement and Work Instructions
- Generate accurate and timely data to determine the outcome of each experiment and ultimately guide business decisions to improve plant processes
- To prepare the daily laboratory plan and report as per required
- Work closely with production, sales & marketing, R&D department
- Develop understanding on proposed local, State and Federal regulations applicable to lab operations
- Any other task/duties assign by production/plant manager from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or related field

At least 3 years relevant working experiences

Aggregate testing experience and/or certifications is preferred

Knowledge of mineral and metal extraction, production, refining and recycling processes, including hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, and biometallurgy is preferred

Experience in developing and utilizing mineral and metallurgical process models of extraction, processing, and recycling

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies used in consumer electronics

Knowledge of material life cycles, from raw material extraction to end-of-life options, with focus on materials used in consumer electronics and industrial manufacturing

Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Experienced with spreadsheets, process modeling software, and data manipulation

Proficient in MS Office applications & experience in using ERP system is an advantage.
