JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end campaign media management for media clients, which encompasses everything from acquiring/developing business, supporting scaled platform onboarding, programmatic activation support, campaign optimization, reporting support and upsell.
  • Responsible for pipeline and forecast management in accordance with sales call center business process excellence. Generate sufficient pipeline, accurately forecast and maintain/enrich account data.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experience identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Partner with sales reps to acquire/develop accounts and troubleshoot campaign issues flagged by assigned clients
  • Advise on media creative, content quality and development, and campaign optimization leveraging recruitment media expertise to maximize performance and delivery
  • Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs
  • Ability to troubleshoot client issues that arise from using self-serve products such as Insights tags, Sponsored Content, retargeting, etc. in order to resolve basic errors
  • Help drive the activation of clients’ media solution to ensure complete utilization
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field 
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in online advertising / BPO is ideal for this position. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese will be an added advantage; Taiwanese preferred. 
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational and project management skills 
  • Experience using commercial or in-house ad serving systems 
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office ((Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 
  • Showcases reliability and the ability to work in a high profile position with minimal supervision and management. 
  • Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure. 
  • Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments 
  • Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly 
  • Client Servicing experience meeting customers virtually
