JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, work programs, and monitor project progress.
Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress and ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline.
Manage project budget, costing, and material control to avoid unnecessary wastage.
Review and verify progress claims, variation orders (VO), and project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years’ experience as Project Manager in the construction industry
