RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for defined customers with the regions ASEAN and Oceania.
Receive, create and confirm all sales orders and secure proper shipment planning
Coordinate with planning department shipments
Responsible for the contact with forwarders and authorities on order/shipping documents
Responsible for all shipments out of Palsgaard Malaysia
Handling of certificates, documents and shipping documents. This also includes certificates/documents from official agencies.
Handle customer specific labels.
Claim handling
Maintain Customer Service relevant masterdata
Participate in ensuring that customer service team in Malaysia and Denmark work close together as one team.
Assist Senior Customer Service coordinator with various tasks
