JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Customer Service Department Head to oversee the daily operation of customer service related matters
  • Manage and organize group pf engineer/ technician in order to fulfil daily operation of customer service related matters
  • Support in complying with ISO QMS, maintaining and developing customer service related procedure including attending to customers’ complaints
  • Support and servicing to all customers by answering inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
  • Work closely with the Production Division & Quality Assurance Department to ensure quality problems are resolved
  • Assist to address performance issues and recommend corrective action
  • Maintain high service levels for customers for a thorough quality control checks

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess at least Degree in Material, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in steel industry
  • Possess application knowledge of QC tools and statistical tools
  • Experienced in establishing quality control plan, SOP and WI
  • Have basic knowledge on basic environment issue
  • Are aware of the importance of conformance to Environmental Policy and procedures and to the requirements of the Environmental Management System
  • Have the knowledge on chemical handling and waste management
  • Familiar with 5S
