Timely keying in of customers’ orders into SAP and follow up on acknowledgement of customers PO.
Management of customers’ orders as well as deliveries/ shipments in the most optimum manner.
Work effectively to manage customers’ deliveries/ shipments (this may include short lead time orders), ability to resolve issue when conflict arises.
Work, liaise and Interface well with team members, internal and external customers.
Act as a key customer interface for all customer related orders and inquiries.
Ensure all transactions are accurately captured in system in a timely manner.
Ensure no overdue customer orders; to highlight and work closely with salespersons to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/ shipments arrangement.
Logistics arrangements for deliveries and work with transporters, forwarders, warehouses to resolve any issues which may result in delayed or no shipment.
Closely follow-up and fulfilment of customers’ shipment/deliveries.
Follow up on deliveries, shipment, production schedules and inventories level with vendors, factories and manufacturers. To ensure vendors process, fulfil orders and deliver the items as request by customers.
Ensure shipments come in promptly to support customer orders but not overstock at warehouses, continuous monitoring to remind respective personnel to clear inventories for customer orders and to maintain low inventory with safety level of stock for common grades.
Perform Good Receive Note (GRN) upon receive acknowledgement from warehouse.
Work closely with Sales Team, BD Team to deplete non-conformance and ageing stock kept in the inventories.
Ability to work under fast pace environment, a multi tasker and accuracy in work.
Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
