- Anchor between customer, sales & interdepartmental in whole supply chain team
- Ensure order send to Share Service timely, OA issued to customer are accurate & within our KPI timeline
- Ensure to issue pick list, Invoice, CN (when Necessary) on time & write off
- Ensure customer delivery date are accurately maintain in system anytime & Ensure on time delivery, ship and bill on time
- Follow up promptly open order (future delivery) with procurement or division for SD, provide root caused on all failed delivery
- Follow up on PO revision from customer and re-educate customer on E-tops ordering
Diploma in Business Studies.
Minimum 4 years experience in relevant experience.
Strong communication skill and good interpersonal skills.
