JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To deal with customers, management and other departments on customer orders, production schedules, shipment schedules and related matters to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Target to achieve 100% Production & Delivery Attainment.
  • To eliminate production line stoppages due to short of parts supply.
  • To implement inventory control techniques to reduce and maintain FG stock levels in accordance to the targets as determined by management from time to time.
  • To liaise and communicate with customers on order received and deliveries shipped.
  • To liaise with customers and delivery of parts with serious problem.
  • To coordinate activities for improvement of work-flow/processed in Logistics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business, Operation or Logistics
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to handle stress and overcome issues with solutions
