JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an integral part in shaping the pioneering, agile, and exciting APAC Communications team at KL SSC (‘Hub’)
Provide consultation on all digital communications matters for the Japan market
Lead implementation of digital communications strategies and activities in Japan such as, Company's Japan website, intranet, Company's Japan Facebook page, customer webinars, and online events, while working with other teams in the hub and on ground in Japan
Collaborate with the senior communication colleague on ground in Japan, to ensure service quality to stakeholders
Work closely with the Communications Advisory team in the Hub and colleagues in Japan, to manage the integrated digital communications activities for Japan
Provide digital content strategy and consultation with PESO model (paid, earned, shared, owned) - Facebook, Company's website, intranet, etc.
Design, update and maintain Company's website – translating articles, creation and maintenance of corporate and product promotion pages, performance reporting (including regular news release uploading), etc
Design, update and maintain the Company's intranet - creation and maintenance of pages and performance reporting
Manage Company's Japan’s Facebook page – create and post articles and manage comments, drive engagement
Organize customer webinars and internal online events with Communications Advisory/other stakeholders (US webcast team, etc.) - creating the event link, Mentimeter, technical rehearsal, technical advice, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, digital marketing, or related fields
Significant demonstrated success in communications in a multicultural corporate environment
Specialist communicators will be preferred. Minimum experience of 4-6 years
Some experience living or working in Japan or handling projects for the Japan market is a must
Ability to work with various stakeholders and create proactive partnerships
Eagerness to upskill and learn about latest trends in communications
Excellent command of Japanese and English in spoken and written form
Working knowledge of Japanese markets
Attention to detail, creative and results orientated
Excellent working knowledge of digital platforms and tools
