- Manage the operations of e-commerce platforms, future Company product Experience Center including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities.
- Manage customers’ inquiries and resolved issues in a timely manner i.e., via chat or other form of communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to manage ecommerce platform .
- Work with sales administration/ operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work with content team to setup product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with the brand’s marketing and sales promotion plans.
- Monitor competitors, products, market pricing and customer feedback and recommend improvement.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Support to generate reports for analysis and insights o promotion and campaign performances.
- Min. Diploma in any field.
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience (experience in managing ecommerce platform).
- Strong communication skills, independent and good team work.
- Own transport.
