- To be the Key PIC for company store in Lazada / Shopee including but not limited to:
- Plan, execution and review the operations.
- Advertising & Promotion controlling.
- Improve company store Lazada / Shopee P&L.
- Responsible to achieve Sales forecast.
- Expand company store Lazada / Shopee business in line with company’s direction.
- Enter Shopee business. To manage setup and follow-up about necessary requirements such as Customer Service, Logistic, Finance, legal and etc.
- Improve company store Lazada / Shopee customer experience.
- Handle company store Lazada / Shopee maintenance such as product, price, homepage and etc.
- Follow up company store Lazada / Shopee Visual Creation.
- Follow up company store Lazada / Shopee Account Receiving (AR) dispute cases.
- Handle customer issues from company store Lazada / Shopee.
- In charge of the reports about company store Lazada / Shopee for business review meetings.
- Handle monthly forecast.
- Negotiate business opportunity with company store Lazada / Shopee.
- Build strong business relationship with Lazada / Shopee to improve company sales in both platforms.
- Build strong relations with internal department especially from marketing & supportive department. Ensure all direction execute perfectly in company store Lazada / Shopee.
- Strong connection to sync Digital Marketing activities with E-Commerce.
- Plan seamless customer journey from viewers to potential customer.
- New E-Commerce platform enhancement from time to time.
Minimum of 5 years E-commerce experience
Passionate & knowledge on consumer electronic industry will be an added advantage.
Creative and sensitive with market trend.
Ability to transform ideas into execution, capable to lead the execution with gather the relevant parties from all levels of people.
Enjoys working under fast paced environment.
Good standards of following up & problem-solving skills.
Excellent communicator in both oral and written.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, system usages and PowerPoint reports.
