Job Responsibilities :
  • Leading Technical customer interface for high volume / high complexity projects
  • Establishing a sustainable relationship to technical functions at customer
  • Clarification of customer needs / expectations
  • Clarification of customer specifications
  • Definition of Bizlink specifications and solutions
  • Definition of technical offer content including technical assumptions, technical alternatives, technical proposals,
  • Determine best-in-class product standards for target segments/ customer segments based on best-in-class materials, processes, sites and costs Representing Customer interests in plant
  • Follow up customer / project related tasks with operative functions
  • Identify innovation opportunities
  • Identify technical market trends, approval trends, portfolio trends Sales Trainings
  • Create technical know –how within local and international sales teams in order to better investigate customer requirements and key decisive factors for future product offers
  • Training should contain new products, new technologies, Norms and Standards and potential Add-On Services
  • Handle customer quality issue, visit customer to make quality verification.
  • Driver customer to solve the quality issue by best approach to Bizlink benefit but also delight customer satisfication.
  • Drive factory quality personnel to achieve customer quality requirement and also follow up 8D report from factory if needed.
Main Task :
  • Ensure customer orientation, growth, system growth above average - by better/ faster technical contact to customers/ sales (sales support) - by solution offering (alternatives, proposals, customer portfolio analyses, standardization, detecting opportunities for best practices) - by initiating “team approach” - through representing/ following up customer interests in plant
  • Define best-in-class products with target cost for target segments
  • Establish good relationship with customer quality personnel
  • Calm customer from quality issue and solved the quality issue with a best approach by delight both customer and internal organization.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
