Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and entertain guest.
  • Receive company documents and direct guests to the assigned meeting room.
  • Handle administration work in HR & Admin Department
  • Occasionally involve tea serving for guests.
  • Monitor performance of part-time cleaner and maintain the cleaniness of office area.
  • Stocks Management – stocks control and ordering of stationery, staff refreshment items in the pantry

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a SPM/ Diploma certificate in any field of study.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and good communication skills.
