- Adept latest knowledge on consumer market, demands and payment system via the digital platform (i.e. mobile, ecommerce, SEO/PPC, email, social media marketing, etc.)
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors (Lead and analyze digital marketing trends, needs assessments and develop recommendations to develop actionable insights.
- Capture new potential biz opportunities. Manage and track all biz development activities, progress and strategy.
- Preparing biz and growth plans and own its entire execution- Biz results, P&L and performance targets. This includes overseeing the operating plan, product strategy and development, marketing plan, budgets, cash flow, and overall company finances.
- On-going development of the product vision and strategy. Synthesize ideas on strategy, planning and execution of next generation of products. Building consensus and driving execution.
- Work effectively in the development and execution of campaigns/programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Play a key role in the recruitment, training, career development and on-boarding of new digital marketing team members
- Actively seek new technology and lead initiatives to develop innovative approaches to connect our brands with consumers.
- Minimum of 7 years in leadership experience in digital performance marketing.
- Possess good communication, creative, analytical, self-motivated and reporting skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
