- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
- Able to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for the assigned company’s brand to meet sales objective.
- Possess leadership, oversea, lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales target and aggressively market the company’s product.
- Able to lead the team and increase the performance of personal and sales.
- Managing people in order to ensure strategies are executed properly.
- Identify key decision makers for each market and manage relationships for commercial opportunities.
- Expand business by building relationships and identifying new business potential.
- Making presentations to clients to explain our value proposition, services and technology solutions.
- Respond to the tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.
- Provide updates and plan regularly and as &when required .
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Must have at least 3-5 yeas in managerial role with proven sales track record in Medical industry.
- Hospital project management experience is added advantage.
- Good connection with JKR, MOF and KKM.
