Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.
Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion
Takes charge of HR consultancy projects by appointing HR Consultants for specific HR projects and coordinates with department heads and HR Consultants on respective projects.
Taking Part in IR Issues, Counselling and Domestic Inquiry, Conduct and Coordinate employee disciplinary action, prepared report to the management, All stage of disciplinary action shall be strictly adhering of policy and procedures during the process. Advise and consult all departments when necessary how to manage employee’s misconduct and grievance Handle discipline management, employee grievances, DI and dispute mediation and ensure they are carried out in line with company policy and country’s legislation.
