JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
- Business Nature: chemical processing
- Our client is a well-established chemical processing plant with headcount of 300 persons. Due to expansion, they are looking for a HR Senior Executive to be specialised in Industrial Relations and Recruitment.
- Implement strategies to continually increase productivity of the workforce and lower costs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage complex industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in HR or Business studies.
- 5 years experience, with experience in handling industrial relations and domestic enquiry.
- Good knowledge in labour law and HR best practise.
