JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Manager in the HR tasks (PDCA) as per given direction.
  • Plan, monitoring and ensure the section planned KPI’s are met or exceeded.
  • To review the performance of the HR team.
  • To ensure that the plans related to HR section are cost effective.
  • Support for HR costing and data analysis.
  • Assist to ensure the HR policy, program, and processes are developed, implemented, reviewed, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organisational objectives and with relevant laws/regulations.
  • To support the annual manpower budgeting for employment needs based on workforce planning and staffing requirements.
  • Monitor, track, consolidate & report hiring & headcount. Understand the competencies requirement for each job. (Eg. Chargeman, safety officer and etc).
  • To ensure equitable and competitive pay practices, supports analysis of survey data to determine competitive position and aids in recommendations for salary adjustments together with the manager.
  • Responsible to conduct annual insurance reviews and oversees to ensure appropriate coverage for all employees.
  • Performs accurate job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation.
  • Design and implementation of compensation systems and benefit packages, which employers use to attract and retain employees.
  • Assist to collaborate in hiring programmes to retain employees.
  • Search & communicate with headhunt agency of regarding on quotation and opening position.
  • Check and monitor payroll processing, leave administration, tax reporting, provident fund administration, SOCSO, performance management, etc. Ensure the accuracy of the payroll data and payment.
  • Responsible to ensure the statutory pay-out are compliance with government policies, which including EPF, Socso, LHDN, HRDF, EIS and etc.
  • Monitoring, tracking, consolidating data and reporting of hiring and headcount.
  • To liaise with event managers to hold career booth or participate in a career fair at a quarterly basis.
  • Assist to review and revise each category/position Job Description (JD) as when needed.
  • Foreign workers’ management. To liaise the issues facing by the foreign workers.
  • Monitor the local and foreign workers outsource agency to ensure they are compliance with EA1955.
  • Responsible for Corporate Culture and CSR program.
  • Responsible for employer branding tasks and activities.
  • Responsible for MIDA quota application for foreign workers and expatriates’ position.
  • Expatriate, Foreign workers EP and PVP Management including related government liaison.
  • Responsible for the expatriates’ tax clearance and yearly income tax declaration (E-filing).
  • To be responsible and manage the organization training needs assessments and develops learning needs analysis.
  • To prepare for annual increment and bonus distribution budget, benchmarking, costing and analysis report.
  • Assist in HR Budget Planning and Monitoring.
  • Assist in Employees Handbook review and establishment.
  • To supervise and motivate a team of workers together with the manager for better teamwork.
  • Participation & support the roll out of HR initiatives/projects.
  • Send monthly report to HR Manager every 1st of the month.
  • Any duties assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • SHRM / Competency in Human Resources Management if any.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Integrity and ethic, keep company information confidential.
  • Leadership and Management Skills.
