JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer inquires via phone, email, mail or social media
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handle customer's question, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensureresolution
- Advise on company information
- Mainly support Indonesia and Philipine
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Able to speak Indonesian and English
- Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shift hour
