- Communicating with customer and sales team to ensure that customer's expectations are meet.
- Issue Sales Order to department such as Purchasing and Production for material planning purpose.
- Input customer order into system for Order tracking purpose.
- Liaise with customer on shipment status and if necessary, work with customers and internal department for rescheduling of shipment.
- Monitor shipment and work with internal department to meet target shipment goal set by Management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KULAI/SENAI/JB TOWN.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
