JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare necassary documents for clients registration.

To maintain a good and in-order filling.

Prepare necessary materials to promote the CMS service
-
Provide support to the CMS implementation managers and business promotion team.

Provide necessary reports for tracking, investigation and reporting purpose.
-
Provide support to clients where necessary
-
Study and investigate requirement of clients for the service where possible.
-
In addition, to promote CMS service to clients and day-to-day client support.
-
To be able to provide support and communicate in Japanese for Japanese customer where required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT/E-Commerce or any related discipline.

Good command of spoken and written in English and Japanese.
-
Good communication and analytical skills and able to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments.
-
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
